Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every purchase from TOAST, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed packing slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated during the initiation process and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
